Junta will try to use different strategies in dividing us like, NLD vs. Non-NLD, Protesters vs. CDM, etc. This is just an example and there could be many more which Junta might already identify. Therefore, we need to constantly build Togetherness and more importantly, we will need a back-stage Diplomat among us. It is important that the movement does not depend on One Leadership but Leaderful Movement where individual possesses own initiative like Bees to create Decentralized Leadership.]

[So we need to start thinking whether everyone needs to go for protest (the battle). What about sending some units, or dividing up into half-half or other better approaches? The question is “What will happen to us if we all get tired at the same time?” We need to strategize ourselves like a football team. A football team with both good players and good substitutes often wins the game. In other words, as those who have good bench men win the game, we need to have good bench men too. We also need to create a profound team. Let’s say if we are 30 groups, we can ask 10 groups to go in the front and go to protest today and ask 20 groups to ready for the next fight. We need to recharge and regain energy as it is going to be a long fight. We need to win psychosocial welfare, we need to accept if there is an arrest and plan for the release, immediate response as well as for the next fight. We need to think ahead of the Military Junta. We need to have a couple of layers in terms of human resources, finances well as ideas for weeks ahead. Last, but not least, Do No Violent! If we, the public, response in violent ways, we lost the Fight. We lost the game! Military Junta is now using violent means because they want us (public or protesters) to be afraid of their response and for us to take violent action as well. Another reason being the only thing they are good at is violent means and if the protesters turn out the same way, the Junta would be pleased and be more violent. This is what they want it to happen. So, we should never go for violence!]
